On Sunday I had the privilege to take part in the Kite Parade and set a new world record in Cumbuco.
It’s hard to describe the atmosphere on the water it was both electric and calm at the same time, nothing but joy and happiness all around as you sailed on an ocean filled with beautiful and colourful kites.
What made this event even more special for me was that someone I care so much about had worked so hard to make it happen Giselle Nuaz the world is proud of you for making this possible! Here’s to the women behind this amazing new world record!
Thank you Gi you’ve worked so hard to put Brazil on the map over the years and changed so many lives (mine included!) in the process.
Kite Parade was part of a bigger event organised by Winds for Future, who were holding an entrepreneurial and tech summit over the same weekend and again I was privileged and honoured to be invited to take part and share some of my life story in a talk called a journey from Fear to Freedom, more on that soon.
