Back in the borders

Three weeks in Brazil turned into twelve. How could that happen, you ask? If you’ve ever been to Brazil you’ll know the answer to that is – very easily! I mean who wants to leave equatorial Brazil ever really, if you didn’t have to for work, life commitments etc you’d stay wouldn’t you.

What’s not to like about it…

The climate is pretty much perfect. Thierry degrees everyday, coastal winds to keep the sweat at bay and an ocean that feels like you’re stepping into a warm bath over a body of water that stretches thousands of miles.

So why did I come back. Well family commitments and a small dog were the major factors. My little man is a giant tug on the old heart strings when I’m away from him, that and my mother is about to move house. She has a ton of paintings to wrap and is on her own so could use an extra pair of hands, and finally, my baby sis is about to have another baby so obviously I want to be around to meet the wee critter when it/he/she/they arrive…
