Let’s talk about fitness. We have all been at different levels of fitness at various points in our lives, sometimes we’re killing it and super fit, other times we’ve let things slip and we’re not in the shape we’d like to be. over the years of training one thing I’ve noticed is that if I can get things in shape internally, then the external is never far behind. I’m just as likely to sit down and mediate these days as I am to do some sort of fitness related activity. For me they go hand in hand. True strength begins within.

I’m going to be sharing some of the little workouts I do to keep me in shape, and also some of my favourite recipes and fitness tips. Hopefully you’ll find some use in what i’m sharing and perhaps some of you will even try out the routines or recipes.
